  • Residential $0.10 Per Sq’ Ft’  [Includes Residential Type Garages,additions,sheds and Other Such Structures]
  • Commercial $0.10 Per Sq’ft’
  • Signs $25
  • Demolition $25
  • Operating Permit $25
  • Communication Tower $5,000 [Additions to Existing Towers $2,000]
  • Residential Solar Array $50
  • Commercial Solar Farm $2,500 Per Megawatt
  • Permit Extensions Shall Be ½ the Cost of the Original Permit
  • Starting a Project Before Securing a Permit $50-$1,000
  • Certificate of Occupancy/compliance $0 if Permit Holder Calls for Inspections $100 if Not
  • Use Variance (Residential) $35. (Non Residential) $75
  • Area Variance (Residential)$35. (Non Residential)$75
  • Special Use Permit $75

If you have received a building permit this year and completed your project, whether it be for a home or any other project, please contact the code enforcement officer to obtain your certificate of occupancy.
